In case where payment refund has to be initiated; we prefer to refund the funds to your initial source of payment in case of Pre-Pay / Pre-Paid orders.
For refunds related to order paid with Cash-On-Delivery facility; customers will be provided Coupon/Discount vouchers.
Pre-Pay / Pre-Paid orders: Refund to initial source of payment.
COD orders: Refund in the form of Coupon/Discount vouchers.

- Full refund is issued in case of Pre-Pay / Pre-Paid orders when the order get cancelled before dispatch. We may deduct shipping expenses in case of orders/products when shipping charges were applied during order placement.
- For Returns, Damaged or Missing product related refunds kindly get in touch with us by communicating at cs@smiledentalstore.com. Customer need to provide legit details of the issue including multiple photographs and /or video. Kindly adhere to the Returns Policy before initiating any claim.
- For eligible orders refund fund transfer may take 5-6 working days for processing; it excludes time required by Bank/Payment Gateway system to settle amount to beneficiary account.
- It is responsibility of the customer to furnish accurate information for fund settlement. We are not liable for any mistakes arising from inaccurate information.
- Refund initiation procedure may take 3-10working days.
