1.2) Returns are accepted on the grounds of Damage/Loss/Breakages/Wrong Product or delay in delivery beyond stipulated Delivery Time Frame.
1.3) Customer needs to provide clear photos of the product/delivery parcel/courier consignment in case of Damage/Loss/Breakages for verification.

2) Eligibility of the product for Returns
2.1) It is important to return the product/s to us in original condition.
2.2) The product/s should be in Re-Salable condition.
2.3) Used products, products with opened seals are not eligible for returns in any condition.
2.4) Warranty, Guarantee, any kind of Post Sale Service or Technical Support, Technical Assistance or Upgradation, Software / Hardware Upgradation or Compatibility assistance is not directly provided by Smile Dental Store. Customer need to directly communicate with with respective manufacturer, importer, marketing company or the authorized reseller for the product or service. Smile Dental Store may help to initiate commination with available resources.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).
